We have spotted this sign on a restaurant in Saint Helier. We’re not sure whether it’s intended to be Jèrriais (in which case it should be spelled Salon dé thée), or whether it was intended to be French but came out somewhat Jèrrified. Still, tchi p’tit m’donne… (every little helps).
